The US Precision Medicine/Thoracic Franchise is poised for growth with therapies including Sigvotatug Vedotin (SGN-B6A), an investigational antibody-drug conjugate for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors, supporting the US launch of SV in 2L NSCLC. This role will support HCP marketing efforts for this launch and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities Develop US go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Global Marketing, MR, and MA. Partner with Media Strategy Team to develop and manage US HCP and Patient strategies, media investments, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Global Marketing to create impactful HCP launch content to position SV for success in the US market. Execute congress strategies and manage internal/external engagements such as Ad Boards and workshops. Lead Agency of Record processes and expenses to meet business goals. Manage budgets and liaise on Market Access initiatives. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, Pfizer values, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years or Master’s + 7+ years or PhD/PharmD + 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. Successful experience in executing complex US product launches. Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and manage agencies. Strong business acumen, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with product positioning and branding. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects. Preferred Advanced degree. US oncology marketing launch experience. Diverse leadership and collaboration skills. Additional Details Travel approximately 20%. Last date to apply: May 27, 2025. Locations: NY, WA, PA, MA, IL, CA.
