Actalent is Hiring a Team of Pharmacy Technicians!!Job DescriptionThis is a front-end Call-center Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, managing prescriptions from the initial intake to the fulfillment department. You will work across various queues and receive cross-training. Responsibilities include inputting prescription data, resolving manual issues, clarifying prescriptions with other retail stores, and handling prescription transfers. Expect to manage around 50-100 calls per shift. You will primarily handle welcome calls initially, progressing to inbound calls and offline tasks like data entry and insurance coverage. Training lasts 3 weeks with mandatory attendance from 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm. Some accommodations may be considered post-training. All contractors receive a 1-hour lunch break.
