Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for building relationships and driving new business? The Search Experience is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help expand our footprint, working with high-growth disruptors who value top talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategies to bring in new clients, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
• Partner with high-growth businesses to understand their talent needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a white-glove experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, positioning The Search Experience as a go-to talent partner.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in business development.
• Strong network and understanding of the technology startup ecosystem.
• Passion for building relationships and providing top-tier service.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
