The Role
Rhino ISR’s (Internal Sales Representative) provide a professional, exciting and tailored experience to both end customers and Cisco Representatives via Cisco’s Reseller Channel Program. You will create lasting relationships with industry professionals and customers, directly impacting their desired outcomes. By way of impressive mining, opportunity creation, and collaborating with many, you will drive deals from start to finish. This is not a position for the undriven or weary. Deeply motivated individuals who thrive in results driven atmospheres will succeed along with the rest of the herd!
· You will leverage collaboration between co-workers, management, Cisco’s Channel, and end customers to drive revenue and evangelize Rhino’s portfolio yielding bold year over year growth.
· You will charge in the marketplace by way of prospect calling, marketing innovation, trial initiations, clear communication, superior customer experience, and product knowledge.
· You will be responsible for territory management and growth, pipeline creation, and revenue goals.
· As a ‘Rhino’ you’ll always show up eager to learn, excited to help your team and all those you interact with, while never forgetting to have fun!

· Familiarity with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn cloud applications
· Energetic positive attitude with proven success managing rejection
· Strong organization skills enabling you to coordinate meetings and manage workload
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Desire to work in a fun collaborative environment with a great team
· Experience qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities is a plus
· Experience contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, and web chats is a plus
