The organisation is an established, privately owned, multi-regional, life science recruitment business. Global headcount sits at just over one hundred with a large expansion strategy to meet client demand. USPs include a KPI free culture, a 30% commission scheme, strong career development platform. There is the opportunity to join in one location with a view to relocating to another after probation. Miami to London for instance.
Responsibilities are end-to-end 360 recruitment, managing several recruitment projects at any given time. Including delivery, candidate engagement, account management and business development. You'll become a functional expert within a specific vertical and support the continued success of the business. You will join either the permanent or contract team to allow specialisation in your vertical.
Verticals are: QA / Regulatory Affairs / Clinical Dev & Ops / Commercial / CDMO / Engineering within the UK, EU and US markets.
Requirements to join are a proven track record in vertical market recruitment, preferably international life sciences or engineering that's covered life sciences. You'll need to demonstrate impressive billing figures, business wins and your desire to succeed.
There is also the requirement for an experienced and senior level AILM / AI Lifecycle Management recruiter to join to build and lead the vertical. Up to £85k base.
