Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects of construction and demolition activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with GSK standards, local legislation, and best industry practices.
• Drive a proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and training programs tailored to the project scope.
• Serve as a key liaison between GSK stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with GSK and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager within construction and demolition environments.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to safety management and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and risk management strategies.
• Familiarity with the GSK environment or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
