This is not your average admin position. As Executive Assistant to our Founder and Leadership Team, you’ll be the right hand in a high-velocity environment , helping manage operations, solve problems, coordinate initiatives, and anticipate needs before they arise.

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and task prioritization
• Coordinate and execute special projects across multiple departments
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive business information
• Build and streamline systems to improve efficiency
• Anticipate the needs of the executive team and stay 2 steps ahead
• Attend and take action-oriented notes during high-level meetings

• Highly organized and detail-obsessed
• Proactive, resourceful, and excellent at managing up

• Experience in real estate, marketing, or startup environments
• Mastery of productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, etc.)
• Ability to read and prioritize a leader's needs without constant direction

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
