Technology - Analyst Program I - Data Science

Technology Analyst Program - Data Science

Fiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you! We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest will be the framework of the firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm. .

What you will do:

As part of the Data Science track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have opportunities in the Analysis, Management, and Visualization of Data across the firm. You will participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in December 2023 or more recently in a STEM program

• 3.0 + GPA

• 0-2 years of professional work experience

• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of .NET, JCL, Java, C, C++, and C##

• Experience in Python, Jupiter, Excel, R Languages, SQL, T-SQL, PowerBi, Tableau, and Agile Methodology

• Utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD)

• API Testing and MSTest or NUnit

Majors:
A range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of department such as: Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering, Software Development, but willing to train the right candidate.

Please Note: Our Technology Analyst Program interview process begins in October and typically lasts through March for a January or June 2025 start date. You can expect to hear from one of our recruiters if your qualifications align.
