Superintendent

Allied Resources is seeking a Superintendent who will oversee construction contractors on a variety of projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors. A day in the life:

• Oversee union and non-union contractors for seamless project execution.
• Handle timelines, budgets, and quality to meet high standards.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office for tracking and reporting.
• Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
• Engage with contractors, clients, stakeholders, and teams professionally.

The wish list:

• 4+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Willingness to work night shifts as needed, particularly for healthcare projects.
• Display proof of COVID vaccination, as healthcare projects may be required.
