Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Support Specialist to provide support and develop SAP logistics solutions for a global organization. The role would be based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, CS, PP, WM) with a focus on user needs in the Americas region.
• Collaborate with the global ERP support team across multiple countries to ensure comprehensive support.
• Develop and implement SAP logistics solutions in response to user requests and global projects.
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Coordinate with the broader IT team for integration projects.
• Conduct unit, system, and integration testing with proper documentation.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP, specifically the Logistics modules, with a solid understanding of related business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics configuration and integration with Finance modules.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing the full training cycle, from planning to debriefing.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP from an end-user perspective.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
