About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead Consultant to join our elite SAP S/4HANA implementation project team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP testing methodologies and tools, and have a proven track record of leading complex integration testing initiatives to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive integration test strategies • Lead the creation and management of end-to-end test scenarios for critical business processes • Establish test case standards and templates ensuring requirements traceability • Drive the implementation and configuration of testing tools • Implement real-time test execution monitoring and reporting processes • Manage defect tracking and reporting workflows • Provide strategic leadership for test automation initiatives
Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of SAP testing experience • Proven experience as a Test Lead in at least 2 full-cycle SAP greenfield implementations • Deep knowledge of testing tools (e.g. Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare) • Strong understanding of SAP implementation and integration testing methodologies • Experience with test automation frameworks and best practices • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications: • SAP S/4HANA certification • Tricentis certifications • Experience with agile testing methodologies • Previous experience in similar industry sectors
