We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retained Search Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our retained search services within the healthcare industry.

Position Overview:

The Retained Search Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for GHR Healthcare’s retained executive search services. This individual will play a key role in building long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations by offering strategic hiring solutions for leadership and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of retained search services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, and specialty clinics.

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CHROs, and hiring managers.
  • Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs, challenges, and organizational culture to tailor recruitment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Sales Execution:
  • Present GHR Healthcare’s retained search services, outlining the value proposition, process, and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close retained search agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and service level expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare hiring challenges.
  • Leverage data and market insights to enhance sales strategies and provide thought leadership to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in retained search, executive recruitment, or healthcare staffing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including recruitment trends and executive hiring challenges.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
