Looking for a remote position where you can learn real digital marketing systems—without doing customer support, selling, or creative work? This entry-level role is built for beginners and focuses on setting up automated workflows that help online businesses organize leads, send follow-up messages, and schedule appointments—all using step-by-step tools and templates.
Includes access to a structured 5-day onboarding challenge where you’ll build your first complete workflow system from scratch.
As a Marketing Workflow Assistant, your job is to support backend marketing tasks by configuring simple automation tools. These include lead forms, booking calendars, and message sequences that keep businesses running without manual effort. You’ll use visual builders—no coding, design, or prior tech experience required.
This role is ideal for someone who likes checklist-based work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain a practical, remote-friendly skill.
Create contact forms and connect them to email and SMS automation tools
Configure logic that triggers follow-up messages when a lead takes or doesn’t take an action
Sync booking systems with calendars to confirm appointments automatically
Tag leads based on their activity (e.g., scheduled, canceled, no-show)
Assign contacts to specific automation paths depending on their behavior
Organize campaigns and lead records for reuse across different client workflows
Walk through the entire system using test data
Identify and fix issues with delays, tagging, or message delivery
Duplicate completed workflows for new campaigns or service offers
Complete the next step in your onboarding challenge
Build a new follow-up system for unbooked leads
Tag test contacts and verify that logic triggers the correct response
Check calendar integration and appointment reminders
Save your system as a template to use again in a future campaign
College degree or certifications
Marketing or tech experience
Speaking with customers or writing promotional content
Prefer structured, independent work
Are curious about marketing but don’t want a sales role
Want a remote-first position that teaches a real skill from the ground up
Work with the same tools used by marketing agencies and service-based businesses
Build systems that reduce no-shows, improve follow-up, and drive engagement
Use your new skill in remote jobs, freelance work, or support roles
100% remote
No fixed hours or required shifts
Self-paced onboarding—move as fast or slow as you want
