G&A People eXperience and Technology Talent Acquisition ( G&A PXT TA) team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sr. Recruiting Business Partner (Sr. RBP) to join our global recruiting organization. You will support hiring for AADA PXT & TA teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients that supports AIGC (Amazon Ads, IMDb, Grand Challenge), AWS (Amazon Web Services), D&S (Devices & Services), and AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
Successful Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage and hire candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. Thriving in a growth environment and having a strength in problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized sourcing and program teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business objective.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and business leaders./
- Write and present XBR and Strategy docs
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
- Lead candidate experience initiatives and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
A day in the life
You'll partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and guide candidates through their journey. You'll analyze recruiting metrics, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the hiring experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
- 5+ years of experience closing candidates and negotiating offers.
