Job Description QuickBooks Bookkeeper Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working QuickBooks Bookkeeper for a company based in Rosenberg, Texas (Southwest). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Office 365), and exceptional organizational skills. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes.
Pay Rate $30 an hour
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
QuickBooks Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities •Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
•Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
•Generate and analyze financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
•Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
•Manage vendor and client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
•Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed.
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
•Assist with preparing documents for tax filings and audits.
QuickBooks Bookkeeper Qualifications and Requirements •Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, with extensive use of QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Office 365.
•Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•High level of integrity and confidentiality.
