Job Description: Position Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, and Excel, and must be available to start immediately without a notice period. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and analysis for joinery and fit-out projects. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting. Utilize Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and OST for project documentation and cost management. Monitor project progress and address any discrepancies in budgets or schedules. Provide expert advice on procurement, contract management, and cost optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on joinery, interior fit-out, and FF&E. Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. This is an urgent requirement.
