LHH has partnered with a leading property management company in Austin, TX to find a dedicated Property Accountant. Responsibilities:

• Review daily financial reports to ensure timely and accurate processing of property transactions.
• Reconcile and prepare journal entries daily for property-related cash and bank statement activity.
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice reconciliation and researching discrepancies.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure a complete and accurate month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for property portfolios.
• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in property management.
• Must have Yardi software experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple property accounts.
