Ledgent is currently seeking a Property Accountant for a company in Haines City! This is an immediate direct hire opportunity!


Duties include:

• Manage the financials formultiple locations
• Budgeting and Financial Statement Preparation
• Financial Reporting
• Accounts Payable management
• Partner and communicate with vendors and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of HOA or Property accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (highly preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience preparing financial statements

This is an in office position.
