Job Description

Our real estate client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountan t with at least 2 years of experience in property accounting, specifically within the multi-family real estate sector, to join our growing custom homes business in Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for development projects
• Support project cost tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with property managers and external vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property accounting (multi-family required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
