Overview

Join our client's team as a Presentation Designer, where your creativity will shine through the development of engaging and impactful materials for both internal and external audiences. This role demands a high level of graphic design expertise, with a focus on producing cost-effective and visually compelling products such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, and infographics. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining our client's brand integrity while meeting the diverse needs of their clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. *Must have portfolio samples with presentations in financial services*
• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite to create, edit, and annotate a variety of graphic designs and multimedia files.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects independently, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, the global team, and internal support groups to enhance service delivery.
• Continuously improve design quality and service excellence by incorporating feedback and developing innovative capabilities.
• Gain a deep understanding of the deal process and banker roles to better meet document requirements and enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in corporate-level presentation design.
• Demonstrated understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are essential.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or Animation is a plus.
