Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Retrieve mail and packages from the Northwood Post Office and outside vendors
• Scan packages and be accountable for mail for staff and students via the Send Suite Tracking System
• Prepare and process all outgoing campus mail and shipments via courier service
• Make emergency deliveries, as needed
• Deliver mail and packages to Thurgood Marshall
• Make deliveries for the Print Shop
• Retrieve packages that were wrongly delivered
• Monitor the post office vans for needed repairs and update the monthly mileage log
• Fill in and assist with the duties of others, as needed
• Assist customers at the service window
• Perform other duties as assigned
