Bridget Killen with Robert Half is looking for a Payroll Administrator in EUGENE, Oregon. The role involves the processing of payroll, managing time-off processes, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. This is a unique opportunity to work in the industry and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, utilizing Paycom

• Oversee daily separation checks, encompassing time collection, data entry, check creation, and courier coordination

• Administer end-to-end processes for vacation and sick time, verifying eligibility and compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Maintain and scrutinize spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness

• Handle the review and correction of manager-submitted time-off entries

• Conduct regular audits of payroll and timekeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Guarantee payroll adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws

• Address employee inquiries regarding pay, accruals, deductions, and direct deposit in a timely manner

• Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, Crystal Reports, 401k - RRSP Administration, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Paycom, and Full Cycle Payroll.
