Overview:

We are looking for an Payroll / Accounting Assistant in our new office location in our Galloway NJ Office. This position is a full-time position , In Office position and preparing payroll biweekly and maintain and managing weekly employee time card review. This role also responsible for assisting AR / AP transactions with our accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Process accurate Payroll for a company with nearly 50-75 employees bi- weekly using our payroll software.
• Assisting Each department manager for on boarding for new hires
• Oversee sick and PTO accrual any paid time off program and maintain employee database.
• Reviewing hours on timecards, editing timecards and approval weekly.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
• Assist with general accounting tasks AR / AP .
• Create specialized payroll / audit reporting as needed

Qualification

• Paycom Software System Experience Plus / Preferred
• At Least 1-2 Years Payroll Experience
• At Least 2-3 QuickBooks Desktop Experience must
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills (G suite / Microsoft Excel etc.…)
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Accounting related field and or associate degree with equivalent Accounting / Payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytics skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly collaborative / Team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
