Intellectual Property/Patent Attorney

Location : Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on patent applications, trademark registrations, copyrights, and trade secrets
• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements
• Represent clients in litigation, disputes, and negotiations involving intellectual property rights
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in IP law and advise clients accordingly

Qualifications & Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of Patent Law or Intellectual Property experience
• Experience with 5G and Telecommunications is highly desirable
• USPTO registration is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
