Oil Field Tool Mechanic

Pay Rate: $15/ - $16/hr DOE

Location: Houston, TX 77032

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Description:

We are seeking a oil field tool assembler, must have mechanical skills and mechanical experience, with the ability to train on assembly of oilfield drilling equipment. Successful candidate should have basic warehouse experience and be mechanically inclined and experienced in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Train on the assembly of downhole oilfield tools
• Assist in repair and maintenance of oilfield drilling tools
• General Warehouse duties
• Loading and Unloading
• Preparing and palletizing equipment for shipment
• Utilize pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Other warehouse duties as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to train on equipment repair and assembly
• Experience in use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability stand / work in warehouse environment for the majority of the work day
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $16.00 Per Hour PrideStaff
