Receptionist

The ideal person for this role is organized and has great planning skills – they know how to manage schedules and re-prioritize their time so that they can focus on key priorities.

Responsibilities:

• · Delivering the highest quality service to patients while contributing to the smooth functioning of practice operations.
• · Performs check in/out, accurately obtain & verify all required patient scheduling and registration information.
• · Understand insurance plans & policies, verify benefit eligibility, collect copayments and facilitate referrals.
• · Thoughtfully schedule appointments according to protocols and applies judgement to meet patient needs.
• · Facilitates timely flow and proactively solves flow issues and acts as a liason between patient and practice staff to ensure optimal flow and service delivery.
• · Show you are a team player who is committed to excellence by assisting your peers with general clinic maintenance and upkeep.
• · Maintain HIPAA Compliance
