Medical Biller – Hybrid (2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote) | Mentor, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit billing files electronically with precision and accuracy
• Retrieve and reconcile payment details once processing is complete
• Review past-due accounts , take corrective actions, and follow up as needed
• Work closely with the Financial Director to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service , handling billing inquiries professionally
• Maintain detailed and organized billing records

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in medical billing software and computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing , including codes and procedures
• Experience in Behavioral Health Billing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing discrepancies
