Job Title: Mechanical Estimator

Location: Bridgeport, CT (Hybrid Option Available)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in Bridgeport, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs for commercial construction projects, including both new construction and renovations . This is a hybrid position, providing flexibility with both in-office and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather detailed project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Evaluate material, labor, and time costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Track project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and adjust estimates as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in commercial construction.
• Expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
