Machine Operator – Chocolate Manufacturing Warehouse

Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

We are urgently hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our chocolate manufacturing team in Torrance, CA ! If you have experience operating food production machinery and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food production machinery , including:
• Enrober
• Pouching Machine
• Vertical Form Fill
• Horizontal Form Fill
• Other automated packaging and processing equipment
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and maintain quality control.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating food processing or packaging machines is required .
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions .
• Comfortable working with automated production equipment .
• Must follow strict hygiene and dress code requirements , including:
• No makeup, jewelry, acrylic nails, or ripped clothing
• Must wear non-slip shoes (all other required PPE will be provided)
