Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Design team to develop and execute product designs that align with the overall product strategy and merchandise objectives.
• Assist in creating innovative and trend-setting designs, ensuring they reflect the brand's vision and aesthetic.
• Arrange and display all licensed products in the showroom for market, working closely with management to ensure a proper market set-up.
• Coordinate the preparation of presentation materials for Market sell-ins and Account Meetings.
• Identify additional market opportunities in collaboration with Management and Sales to maximize sales.
• Work with sales team to fulfill account presentation needs and provide necessary follow-up support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in creating licensed character products, preferably for home goods.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and a keen eye for color, pattern, and detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• 5-6 years of experience in license design is preferable.
