Job Description This position will provide high-level project management support for project status reporting, budget creation & variance analysis, work order trend analysis, project control support, and overall project coordination between individual Project Managers and Leadership. Position-Related Responsibilities Assist Project Managers, and Leadership in the planning and monitoring of both Capital and O&M budgets to ensure adequate responsiveness to project needs. Assist Project Managers with budget creation, monthly tracking & reporting, resolution of budget considerations, and analysis of variances. Assist Project Managers with data gathering for identified productivity measurements, resolution of data discrepancies, and regular reporting. Assist Project Managers and Leadership in the research and resolution of outstanding issues, as related to budgets and projects. Assist Leadership track activities and creates reports needed to forecast trends and evaluate processes in aid of the business decision making process. Assist Leadership with ensuring deadlines are met and maintained for critical tasks. Assist all supported functional teams with creating reports needed to forecast trends and evaluate processes in aid of the business decision making process. Compensation: 30-36/hr dependent on experience, education, and other factors. Insight Global
