Pinnacle Propane, LLC, a leading provider in the propane industry, is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Intern to join our team!

OBJECTIVE

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR team with day-to-day operations, special projects, and various administrative tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices, develop skills in a professional environment, and contribute to our organization’s goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Participate in training and development programs as needed.
• Help compile reports and analyze HR metrics to assist with decision-making.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in a professional setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.

Position Details

• Travel: 0%
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• In-Office position with flexible schedule/workdays
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Temporary assignment to end May 16, 2025
