Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and personalized customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy amendments, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-centric approach to guide and educate clients about insurance choices.
- Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve set operational and marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, manage appointments, and identify client needs, with a heavier focus on administrative tasks and client service than sales.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in roles that required strong organizational and task management skills is desired.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the benefits and reassurance that insurance and financial products provide.
- A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and a task-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated commitment to top-tier customer service.
- Experience in marketing is beneficial but not paramount
- Ability or commitment to secure insurance licenses.
- An associate's degree or higher is a plus.
