The HVAC Mechanic Apprentice Union position is designed for individuals interested in starting a career as an HVAC Technician. The role involves working under experienced Journeyman HVAC Mechanics to maintain, repair, and replace commercial heating and cooling systems while receiving factory certification and training. Candidates should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Do you have an interest in becoming an HVAC Technician? We are looking for an entry-level HVAC systems apprentice who may have some experience in residential, light commercial, and/or HVAC education to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

What you will do
You will work with skilled and experienced Journeyman HVAC Mechanics in a variety of commercial and industrial equipment settings. Training will be provided to you via mentors, in-person classes, and an online training course.

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
What we look for
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain a good driving record
Preferred
One (1) year of work experience in the HVAC industry
