Exciting opportunity for someone who loves the challenge of solving problems. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Support of existing and new clients as follows:

• Using the UKG Ready (Kronos) system to update technical requirement for our operation and clients.
• Support clients and internal staff with complex payroll, HR and timekeeping support needs
• Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready
• Complete support requests
• Researches/resolve issues as quickly as possible while clearly communicating status and ETC with client
• Resolving technical issues including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Check Lists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments etc

Required Experience

• Experience with UKG Ready (Kronos) timekeeping, payroll and/or HR and customer service
• Hubspot CRM
• Utilizing various resources to research and resolve basic and complex inquires
• History of organized management of multiple simultaneous support cases.
• History of consistent productivity
• History of exceeding expectations with clients and team members
• History of consistently delivering quality service under any circumstance

Required Skills/Attributes

• Excellent/Prompt attendance is a must
• Insightful interpersonal skills
• Embrace advanced training as needed to continuously improve
• Excel & Word knowledge
• Rest API experience is a Major Plus
• Able to work overtime as needed
• 2+ years using and supporting UKG Ready (Kronos)
• Understanding and experience with profile based configuration in HCM system
• Ability to "think outside the box" and test "what if" scenarios without risking service interruption of malfunction of existing functionality
