What You'll Do: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase bookings and brand awareness. Create and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations for better ROI. Design and implement organic social media strategies to enhance engagement. Produce compelling, on-brand content, including graphics, reels, and captions. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and growth opportunities. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Google Ads & Social Media Advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for branding and aesthetics. Knowledge of social media trends, wellness/beauty industry marketing, and influencer collaborations.
