The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for a experienced Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support a Director on our International Emerging Stores Delivery Experience team in Bellevue, Washington.

India & Emerging Customer Fulfillment Experience (IES-CFX) Technology is a key organization driving innovation and operational excellence to enhance customer fulfillment across India and emerging markets. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of IES-CFX Tech, facilitating seamless operations, communication, and strategic initiatives within this high-impact organization.

Key job responsibilities
· Management of multiple complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and large scale meeting coordination
· Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics
· Completing expense reports, and managing corporate card purchases; participation in budget planning and tracking as needed
· Managing other core administrative activities (space planning, new-hire onboarding, team morale events)
· Planning and coordinating team activities and events
· Tracking and helping to drive completion of key deliverables for team and executives, following up on key items
· Having fun at work and helping others do the same

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
