Job Title: Event Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and professional Event Staff to join our team and provide exceptional customer service at a variety of events, including trade shows, conventions, concerts, and special events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees while maintaining safety and security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as parking lot attendants , directing traffic and ensuring efficient parking.
• Act as ushers/roamers , assisting attendees and providing excellent customer service.
• Check tickets or wristbands at event entrances and designated areas.
• Provide directions and event information to attendees.
• Monitor vendor freight and secure freight doors as needed.
• Control access points , ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
• Ensure emergency exits remain clear and accessible at all times.
• Walk throughout the venue to observe, assist guests, and report any concerns .
• Support event operations with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Previous event or security experience is a plus, but not required.
