We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee and lead operational performance across our quick service restaurant (QSR) locations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, consistency in guest experience, and achievement of financial goals. The Director will manage a team of area and general managers, drive execution of brand standards, and support the growth and scalability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple QSR locations, ensuring speed, quality, and service standards.
• Lead and develop area managers and store leadership teams to drive performance and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to optimize labor, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety, and health regulations.
• Support new unit openings, operational rollouts, and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing, training, and technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong track record of managing multi-unit operations and achieving business targets.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
