Job Description

This is a contract position, estimated 3-6 months. Hybrid role working 2-3 days a week at our Plano, TX office.

The Direct Mail Manager position is responsible for processing all client triggers and creative projects in a timely manner to ensure all delivery dates are met. Will include transforming workbooks from various formats for direct mail and email delivery. Excel operations include data transformation, data correction, standardization, and output to production formats. Candidate will link data logic constructs to design files built in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro. This position also requires strong time management, prioritizing, attention to detail and organizational skills. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work under little or no supervision is highly required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Creative Projects
• Transforming client data into functional data sets.
• Cleansing client data with proprietary software.
• Process data using USPS approved address verification software.
• Process data using FusionPro to prepare for printing.
• Monthly change over to update client designs and changes.
• Creating Direct Mail job
• Working with the creative team to produce client jobs.
• Traffic Management
• This involves ensuring all jobs move seamlessly from department to department using the CRM software.
• Involved in testing new software applications and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Extensive computer knowledge and experience.
• Advanced Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro knowledge and experience.
• Intermediate skills with Excel
• Intermediate skills with all Microsoft office products.
• The ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form, across the organization, including senior leadership and with clients.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Experience in answering telephones and providing customer service.
• Ability to manage multitask efficiently.
• Process oriented person.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical and complex problems.

Other Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working FusionPro, XM Pie, GM Inspire, or similar VDP software.
• USPS experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of project/ticket management software.
• Basic JavaScript or similar programming language experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with financial institutions and their marketing processes.
• Understanding of bank and credit union operations.
• College degree or technical certification in a technical field.
