CORP - UX Researcher III Job details Posted 03 March 2025 Location Houston, TX Job type Permanent Reference 955724 Job description Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Texas Remote/Hybrid We are looking for a UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that drive user-centered product and service design. Your insights will shape intuitive and meaningful experiences for our users. While the primary focus is on research, familiarity with UX design principles is a plus, helping translate findings into actionable design solutions. Responsibilities Lead Research Initiatives: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to generate actionable insights. Analyze & Synthesize Findings: Interpret data and deliver clear reports that inform product strategies and design decisions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights throughout the product lifecycle. Advocate for Users: Ensure user needs and perspectives remain at the core of product development. Optimize Research Methods: Continuously refine methodologies to enhance data quality and relevance. Mentor & Guide: Support junior researchers and promote a culture of user-centered design. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in UX Research or related roles, preferably with experience in the Energy domain. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field. Research Expertise: Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, field studies). Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and cross-functional teams. Bonus Skills (Plus): Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Experience with Adobe Analytics. Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
