Reality Labs is currently seeking a Concept Artist to help build and scale our Economy Art team and its related experiences across our portfolio of products. **Required Skills:** Concept Artist Responsibilities:

1. Execute concept art for Economy, fitting into the artistic strategy created by the Art Director and Creative Director
2. Craft clear, appealing, and emotive concepts that represent a global audience
3. Collaborate with Art Directors, Technical Art Leads, Animation Leads, and other cross-functional partners to design, produce, and direct the quality of final produced assets
4. Provide artistic direction and high production standard in the creation of high-quality promotional content
5. Collaborate on the creation of style guides and related materials for internal and external teams
6. Create three-dimensional assets supporting Economy deliverable efforts
7. Forge partnerships with external vendors to scale up production

**Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 5+ years of industry experience in games or other three-dimensional media 9. Proficient in industry-standard art tools such as Photoshop, Maya, Blender, Modo, Zbrush, or similar 10. Experience and hands-on working knowledge of character-based art processes and two-dimensional/three-dimensional production pipelines 11. Experience leading and pitching artistic projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams 12. Hands-on concept development experience 13. High-craft concept art displaying a knack for fashion, storytelling, and character appeal 14. Experience operating in a fast iteration environment, and a commitment to high artistic quality 15. Functional knowledge of 3D character art tools **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. Knowledgeable about current fashion trends and previous experience designing content for fashion brands 17. Rendering skills via Digital Content Creation 18. Industry leader in their area of specialization 19. Previous experience designing and producing content for avatars 20. Virtual Reality development experience a plus **Public Compensation:** $126,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
