Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Compensation Analyst . You will play a pivotal role in the administration of our organization's compensation programs. Your organization and support skills will ensure our teammates are appropriately compensated, contributing to our overall employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Job Evaluation: Assess and document the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Compensation Surveys: Contribute to compensation survey data, using insights to benchmark our pay practices against industry standards and inform strategic decisions.
  • Market Analysis: Collect and analyze simple to moderately complex market data, summarize and compile data regarding company roles to evaluate the competitive positioning of our compensation programs, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Salary Administration: Participate in the maintenance and execution of annual salary administration programs, including the maintenance of salary structures and incentive budgets that align with organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Support the administration of performance management systems, including annual incentive programs and salary adjustments
  • Workday Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance Workday functionality and user experience. Implement improvements to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRLT, P&C Partners, and other business leaders to understand business needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Workday HCM, including reporting, dashboards and product management preferred.
  • General understanding of compensation analysis, with the ability to handle complex issues independently and escalate only the most challenging problems.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
