HIRING IMMEDIATELY.

We are seeking a DEDICATED car dealership sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling cars.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent english and PC use are required. Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone.
• The role of an automotive sales associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications.

Good and bonus on pay if you are able to:

• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management.
• Assist with sourcing, auctions and trade for our used vehicle inventory.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot.

• 5 days a week or 7 days your own choice. Salesperson can choose what days. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
