What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Source, compile, and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in analysis
• Provide daily technical support for systems, addressing inquiries and enhancing the end-user experience
• Determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, and project plans
• Produce reports based on data analysis and system testing, identifying patterns and areas for improvement
• Assist in implementing system modifications and enhancements as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
• Ability to analyze data for accuracy and communicate findings effectively
• Experience in providing technical support for systems and improving user experiences
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and ensuring compliance through monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
