Responsibilities:

• Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling and email outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales hunter role.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Telecom experience is a plus but not necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $50,000 - 60,000 plus commission
• Uncapped commission
