Duties and responsibilities:

• Greet/Check-in all customers
• Verify IDs
• Product knowledge
• Use of POS station
• Cash Handling
• General housekeeping duties for the store
• Upholding company policies and Cannabis Compliance Board Regulations
• Inventory Control
• Maintain store security
• Attention to Detail
• Assist with dispensary operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to complete customer transactions in an efficient and speedy manner while performing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate with team members
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
• High school diploma/GED required
• Positive attitude
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Customer Service experience preferred - not required
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent in experience is required
• Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
