Job Description

Your Future as a BCBA Starts Here—And It’s Looking Bright!

Join the largest female clinician-led ABA agency in the country and work with a team that truly understands your passion. At Autism Learning Partners, we’re all about growing together, learning from each other, and making a real difference! Whether you're just starting out or looking to elevate your career, you'll find mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive community of BCBAs ready to cheer you on!

What We’re Offering:

  • Total 1st Year Earning Potential: $110,000 in your first year, including bonuses!
  • Base Salary: $82,000 to $95,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.
  • Bonus: A $5,000 sign-on bonus plus attainable monthly/quarterly bonuses (potentially $35,000+ in your first three years)!
  • Hybrid Role: 50% in-person supervision and 50% telehealth.

Initial Support and Development:

  • Onboarding Support: Enjoy 60+ hours of comprehensive training in your first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, and more. Our Clinical Development team offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed.
  • Education and Mentorship: Access monthly CEUs, attend our annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers, and lead sponsored research initiatives.
  • Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually, including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that begins accruing from Day 1.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work from home options with Monday to Friday flexibility, and no Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in control!
  • Our Promise: We value flexibility and trust—no contracts or non-compete agreements. Your employment is fully at-will, allowing you to grow with us on your own terms.

Why Choose Us?

  • Direct access to a leadership team of BCBAs, including our CEO, Dr. Gina Chang, BCBA-D.
  • A clear path to make values-based clinical decisions focused on what’s best for your clients and their families.
  • Generous health insurance, a 401(k) Retirement Program with employer match, and employer-paid short-term disability.
  • Access to CASP’s entire CEU library, including over 75 CEU-approved courses and 10 CEUs annually through ALP events.
  • Clear promotion framework from BCBA to Senior Clinical Director.
  • Unlimited referral bonuses and reasonable expectations for billable hours.
  • Opportunities to partner with our internal DEI council and support for BCBA candidates.
  • Comprehensive administrative support to help you focus on what you do best.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead by Example: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with reliability and fidelity.
  • Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education.
  • Embrace Challenges: Stay calm and professional in tough situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities.
  • Lead with Initiative: Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster a collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Active LBA Certification in New Jersey from the State Board of Applied Behavior Analyst Examiners.
  • Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will cover.
