Your Role at ABC

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day cases for children on the autism spectrum.
  • Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients.
  • Offer consistent family guidance.
  • Lead and educate your team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team aligned with ABC’s core values.
  • Plan for discharge and transitions for children on your caseload.

As a Clinical Director, you will:

  • Partner with the Operations Manager to lead your center.
  • Mentor and inspire BCBAs and RBTs while managing a small client caseload.
  • Ensure clinical quality training and compliance.
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide 15+ treatment hours per week.
  • Assist with intakes and discharge planning.

What You Bring to ABC

  • Current BCBA Certification: Or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
  • Experience as a BCBA or Senior BCBA.
  • For Clinical Director candidates: At least 3 years of BCBA certification.
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
