Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect for potential new clients, perform cold calling to generate leads, and convert those leads into sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota on a consistent basis.
  • Act as a "hunter," seeking out new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment.
  • Conduct B2B sales and outside sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in contract furniture sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product line and the ability to match customer needs with our offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track all sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in educational sales, territory sales, prospecting, cold calling, meeting sales quotas, B2B sales, territory management, outside sales, account management, fulfillment, direct sales, lead generation, contract furniture sales, customer relationship management, sales strategy, and business development.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and resources effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed.
